Question 1

What mobile valeting and detailing services are available?

Accepted Answer

We offer mobile vehicle valeting and detailing, including interior and exterior valets, premium and standard valets, clay bar treatment, hand and machine polishing and engine bay cleaning. Visit our Services page for the options available.

Question 2

Which areas do you cover?

Accepted Answer

We serve Surrey and surrounding areas, including Guildford where arrangements can be agreed. Please provide your postcode so we can confirm whether we can attend your location.

Question 3

Can you travel to my postcode?

Accepted Answer

Please email or telephone us with your postcode and preferred service. We will confirm availability and whether the location is suitable before agreeing an appointment.

Question 4

What is the difference between valeting and detailing?

Accepted Answer

Valeting generally focuses on cleaning and refreshing the vehicle inside and out. Detailing can involve more focused work on specific surfaces or finishes, depending on the chosen service and vehicle condition.

Question 5

Can you work on luxury or high-end vehicles?

Accepted Answer

Our portfolio includes vehicles such as Ferrari, Rolls-Royce and Maserati. We discuss the materials, condition and appropriate approach for each vehicle before confirming work.

Question 6

Are eco-friendly products available?

Accepted Answer

Please ask about product preferences when enquiring. We can discuss suitable options for your vehicle without guaranteeing that every product or treatment is available.

Question 7

Can you remove pet hair, stubborn stains or heavy soiling?

Accepted Answer

Tell us about the condition when requesting a quotation and send photographs if helpful. Some marks, odours and pet hair may be difficult to remove completely, and we will discuss realistic expectations.

Question 8

How do I enquire or arrange an appointment?

Accepted Answer

Email CrystalCleanGuildford@outlook.com or telephone 07414 993512. Include your vehicle make and model, requested service, postcode, general condition and preferred dates. The website is for enquiries, not online booking or payment. An appointment is confirmed only when we expressly agree the arrangements directly with you.

Question 9

How are quotations and prices decided?

Accepted Answer

We consider the vehicle, its size and condition, the service requested and relevant practical arrangements. We discuss the quotation and availability directly before confirming an appointment; no website enquiry guarantees a price or date.

Question 10

Are deposits required?

Accepted Answer

We may request a deposit. Unless otherwise agreed before confirmation, it will normally be 20% of the agreed service price and credited towards that price. Deposits and refunds are subject to the Booking Terms & Conditions and applicable consumer rights.

Question 11

What happens if I cancel at short notice?

Accepted Answer

Please tell us as soon as possible. For cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice, a charge of up to 50% of the agreed price may be considered only where fair, proportionate, justified and lawful; it is not automatic. Statutory cancellation rights take precedence. See our Booking Terms & Conditions.

Question 12

How long will the service take?

Accepted Answer

Timing varies according to the vehicle, its condition and the work agreed. We can discuss an estimated duration when confirming your service.

Question 13

What should I do before you arrive?

Accepted Answer

Please remove valuables, important documents and personal belongings, and let us know about known damage, delicate materials or access concerns. Any specific site arrangements can be discussed beforehand.

Question 14

Do I need to provide water, electricity or parking?

Accepted Answer

Please tell us about the proposed location and access arrangements. We will discuss any practical requirements for your chosen service rather than assume every location is suitable.

Question 15

What if the weather is unsuitable?

Accepted Answer

Severe weather or unsafe conditions may mean we need to postpone or discuss another arrangement. We will contact you to agree the next steps, with payments and refunds handled under the agreed terms and applicable law.

Question 16

What if I have concerns about the work?

Accepted Answer

Contact us promptly by email or telephone and explain the issue, with photographs where helpful. We will review your concerns and discuss an appropriate response without limiting your statutory rights.

Question 17

How is my information handled and how do I manage cookies?

Accepted Answer

Read our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy for details. You can use the Privacy settings control in the footer to reopen CookieYes and review your preferences.
